We are thrilled to announce we have won the 2025 Frances Walton Competition presented by the Ladies Musical Club of Seattle!
We will embark on a residency tour across Washington state from September 4–11, 2025, including public concerts, outreach performances in K-12 schools, and a national broadcast on Classical KING-FM 98.1

ZaRiah is a collaboration of multifaceted artists, who just so happen to be the best of friends. ZaRiah was formed during their undergraduate years at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
Why the name ‘ZaRiah’ ?
“To put it simply, ZaRiah is an homage to our Oberlin days. There is a coffee shop in Oberlin named ‘Azariah’s.’ However, ZaRiah has Arabic origins, and means brilliance and radiance. I also loved how this name can be seen in different variations in my community. I wanted our name to have an aura of strength and grace.” – Katelyn
